Episode 006 ½: Quick Update
Howdy everyone. I want to put out a quick update explaining some of the issues we’ve been having with our first few kegs of beer. If you’ve tasted a pint at one of our retailers and noticed it a bit off, you are not wrong. We delivered a few yeasty or under-carbonated kegs last week. I pulled them all from the bars and we have a plan to deliver properly carbonated beer for First Friday in a few days.

I’m glad to hear you say that. My wife and I had a pint a Revolution and were sorely disappointed. We had been out with friends for a birthday party and were so excited to try the beer that we left Downtown Uncorked, only to return with egg on our face because of how highly we had recommended that people join us for a pint.
